About ME
My path has been shaped by diverse experiences in life, work, and personal growth. Much of my early life was guided by others’ expectations. As a naturally curious and academic child, I followed the traditional route of higher education, earning a degree in Economics from the University of Bristol. Yet my creative spirit also sought expression, and I developed a deep love for cinema—a world of imagination and escape. This passion led me to work for film festivals and study production management.
Though I found inspiration in the creative industries, I realized production work wasn’t my calling. I pivoted into digital marketing, working first for global agencies and later in-house for fashion and lifestyle brands. These roles allowed me to travel, collaborate internationally, and learn the intricacies of brand-building. Yet after years of chasing external success, I found myself burnt out and disconnected from my true self.
A turning point came during a yoga retreat, where I realized how far I’d strayed from my body and inner knowing. I quit my corporate job, traveled through Central and South America, India, and Canada, and immersed myself in personal growth—training as a yoga teacher, studying art, and reconnecting with creativity. This inspired a deeper curiosity about the mind-body connection, leading me back to academia to study Applied Medical Sciences at UCL, focusing on consciousness, women’s health, and clinical research. I’m now completing a Master’s in Women’s Health and Reproductive Sciences.
Alongside my academic path, I trained in Holosomatic Breathwork® and Somatic Awareness while deepening my passion for astrology, Human Design, and Gene Keys. These modalities, blending science and the esoteric, have supported my personal journey and now form the foundation of my work.
Today, my work weaves together all these threads—body-based practices, intuitive insight, and symbolic interpretation. My path has been one of continuous learning and self-discovery, and I’m committed to guiding others on their own journeys toward clarity, connection, and transformation.
